What is High Blood Pressure?

High Blood Pressure may be defined in an adult as the blood pressure greater than or same as 140 mm Hg systolic pressure, or above or equable to 90 mm Hg diastolic pressure. Reading of blood pressure more than 140/90 is strange & points out hypertension.
